My name is David O'Hara. I have many interests but what's relevant to this lens is my experience with high blood pressure. Despite a fit and healthy life (and a laid-back disposition, I might add) I started having blood pressure problems a few years ago.

I'm the type of guy who won't settle for just taking a pill or treating a symptom: I want to know what's going on and why. So instead of taking my doctor's prescription I researched the subject and tried every non-drug treatment imaginable. Nothing worked until I discovered slow breathing.

It not only solved my problem but I was so impressed that I developed my own unique treatment program by combining the clinically proven breathing methods with music. I call it the Breatheasy System and it's the only program to use breathing with real music.

Of course my Breatheasy program makes learning slow breathing fast and easy but I'm not about to pretend it's so complicated that you have to buy my product in order to use it. In fact, I'd like to see everybody with hypertension or stress and anxiety disorders benefit from slow breathing and I'm publishing easy and practical instructions that anyone can use in this lens and on my website.

Perhaps this way a lot more people will get introduced to this breakthrough method who otherwise would never try it. And if a few decide to buy my system that's okay too! Then we're all winners.
