Howdy! I'm a watercolor adventurer specializing in capturing the expressive faces, wet noses, and soulful eyes of our canine companions in my paintings. My work is realistic but strives to preserve the quintessential qualities of the medium: transparency, light, and serendipitous interactions of pigment with water. I love working with watercolors...it is so much fun to create with something that you can't (or rather, don't want to) fully control.

My lenses mostly share what I have learned in my "retirement career" as a fine artist and self-publisher, especially on my journey to self-publish and market my first book, Doggitude 1. My other interests--dogs, mules, science fiction, gaming, gardening, fitness--might find their way into lenses, too.
