I have three beautiful adult children who each have debilitating illnesses/handicaps, so learning about and dealing with health issues, has always been a major part of my everyday life. 

Total health and wellness, which includes a balanced diet/nutrition, weight control, exercise and stress reduction, is the key to a vital, healthy and long life.

I truly believe in the mind/body/spirit connection and that if one of these areas is lacking or compromised in any way, the whole body/person suffers.

I believe that we can all learn from one another.  I also believe that we are all connected in some grand way, so what affects one, ultimately affects us all.
