About Me

Hello my name is Carla Warner. I am a Doctor of Chiropractic. I graduated from Life Chiropractic University in Marietta, Georgia in 1989. I have had my own family practice serving the residents of Peoria, Glendale and Phoenix, Arizona since 1992. Prior to that, I was at Reach Chiropractic Center in Phoenix, Arizona for 3 years. I care for patients of all ages and a variety of conditions ranging from acute automobile or work injuries, to general health concerns such as bed-wetting, asthma, ear infections, headaches, neck pain and back pain. I also have a wellness practice for patients who have corrected their spine and want to maintain its optimal health.
