The Flying Dog Brewery Flying Dog was originally started in 1990 as a brewpub in Aspen, CO.  Today, Flying Dog beers can be found in 46 states today and are best known for their unique labels and packaging that are illustrated by the Gonzo Artist, Ralph Steadman.
