I am a professional belly dance instructor, choreographer and performer in the Chicago area. Hello! Thanks for visiting my lens. My name is Mari Peckham, also known as The Goddess Mari (and Ms. Mari in the Rock-It Productions, Inc world!). I am a professional belly dance instructor, choreographer and performer in the Chicago area. I have also taught creative movement (pre-dance and imagination development all rolled into one) since 2001.
I've been working online for years, but my real passion is dance and my own spiritual and personal growth. I also have a great love for the preschool age group, and teach creative movement to about 250 children 5 years and under each week. I've put together a lens series with some great suggestions for themed activities that you can do with your child(ren).
I'm also having a great time sharing some of my knowledge on cooking with herbs.
I look forward to sharing lots of stuff with you and hope you find it all enjoyable and informative!
