Hello! Thanks for visiting my lens. My name is Mari Peckham, also known as The Goddess Mari (and Ms. Mari in the Rock-It Productions, Inc world!). I am a professional belly dance instructor, choreographer and performer in the Chicago area. I have also taught creative movement (pre-dance and imagination development all rolled into one) since 2001.
I've been working online for years, but my real passion is dance and my own spiritual and personal growth. I also have a great love for the preschool age group, and teach creative movement to about 250 children 5 years and under each week. I've put together a lens series with some great suggestions for themed activities that you can do with your child(ren).
I'm also having a great time sharing some of my knowledge on cooking with herbs.
I look forward to sharing lots of stuff with you and hope you find it all enjoyable and informative!
