Isoman is an average guy who has spent the last few months looking to get in shape and is spending his OWN money trying out different and unusual exercise products. He is NO expert and does not pretend to be one. Just like you he wants to get leaner (no, no Arnold wannabe here) and in better health, so he can continue to enjoy life and his wife. :-}
