I have extensive knowledge in all residential real estate areas! I assist both buyers and sellers realize their real estate goals having numerous contacts with area lenders, home inspectors, handymen, home stagers, etc.

In our current market, I have also gained a ton of experience dealing with banks and short sales. Don't know what a short sale is? A short sale is when a lender will accept less than the mortgage amount actually owed, release the lien so that the home can be sold.
