    Tradução do português para inglês
Hello, I am Brazilian and looking on the internet where I found your site was very useful to me already that I am already using sqlite manager in firefox, excellent software.
Well, my search is the solution that works for one site and it is low impact, or already have a sqlite database, now looking for a lightweight programming language quickly, and the solution can be performed both in PC and mobile.
I need your suggestion, because the solution is for the construction area, and releases can be (not yet decided) may be made ??in both the PC and mobile.
Data synchronization is a strong point may be taken into consideration.
I really liked the interface of SQLite Manager, give me some tips on how to build something that would work via the browser but did not need HTTP server, and other adjacent (in the style SQlite M.).
Thanks in advance for your patience.
