I always designed birthday cards for friends and family to make them a bit happy on their special day. I also wrote many obituaries, tributes etc. I was told by all of the above, but most of all my Mother Jean, that I had talent, and I should start some kind of business. Financially, as we call all relate to this, I could not, then a couple of online "free designing to sell shops" showed up in a search. I have eight shops now going with products to sell, that range from caring, charity, pets, humor, scenic, military, etc.
I am a huge Beatle fan, always have been. I saw them in concert twice in Chicago. I ran a Beatle fan club for six years, finally making my club a chapter of the National Fan club, in which I received a press pass to go backstage at their concerts. Unfortunetly, they never toured again.
I wrote George Harrison's Mother for information and had phone coversations with her. I still have her letters. George was my favorite, though I love them all.
I also love John Travolta from the day I saw him on Welcome back Kotter. I knew he had great ability, which he prooved in my favorite movie "Saturday Night Fever". That boy could dance!!! I had one dream, and that was to have a dance with him one day. John if you are listening, contact me. (dreaming again)
I have a huge compassion in belief in Alzheimer and Dementia diseases. My Father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at age 53, suffered 16 years with it until he finally died of it in 1991. Then my Mother Jean, got Fluid on the Brain, which she suffered three years and then died from that also. This disease is becoming an epidemic, and I was surprised to see it was not in the Charity list. If it has not affected each family already, it will at the pace it is growing.
I have not had the best life watching these two people go down. The worst is when they no longer know you. So I hope to find some other kind and caring people.
