I was born on August 19, 1970, in Hope, Arkansas, three months after my father died in a traffic accident.

I have graduated from Georgetown University and in 1994 won a Rhodes Scholarship to Oxford University. I received a law degree from Yale University in 1997, and entered on Internet in 1998.
