I have worked almost 40 years in a corporate product development environment. I helped people in that environment set goals and establish plans and measurements to achieve the goals. I've seen goal setting work!

I strongly believe that humans are designed to be goal achievers. The ability to visualize the future and then set and achieve goals to make that future reality is a uniquely human ability!

So, I guess I'm a goal enthusiast!
