MerryM on Squidoo
Hiya, I'm Merry. I've been walking a green path these past few years, educating myself in natural building and community living. I'm also an avid (or is that rabid?) knitter and crocheter, having worked for some time in a yarn shop. I hope you enjoy my lenses!

- Hi Merry,
I am completely in love with the berets in the picture at the top of the page. What yarn did you use for the purple one? do you have a pattern for those?

- Hello Nari, I'm so glad you found something you liked here on my bio page. Unfortunately, I don't see the berets you're referring to. And to be honest, most of the pictures on my lenses are gleaned from the verdant field of creative commons images on flickr. If you see a picture, and like what's in it, look for a link near it that says "picture by [fill in the blank]." That should take you to the artist who took the pic, and possibly knitted the awesome item in it. Hope that helps!

- Hmm, somehow this post ended up on this page... Oh well, thanks for responding. I re-posted on the "How to knit in the round" lens page. But I will perhaps go back to the flikr page it directs to. It could be pure coincidence that she has the same name as you, but it said that the user created the pattern herself... Thanks again for all that you do!
