I joined Squidoo on March 12, 2006, when it was still fairly new. Fifteen days later, the first lens I built, Easy English, was chosen as Lens of the Day. You'd think that would have encouraged me to continue to build lenses, but no, I dropped the ball. I checked in on my lenses now and then, but didn't really do much with them.

So now it's five years later and I'm back and ready to ride the Squidoo wave! I'm amazed at how the site's grown. It's a bit overwhelming--so much information! So many lenses! So much cool stuff! I have about 30 lenses in the hopper right now, some of which I hope to be publishing within the next few weeks. I'm also working on fleshing out and improving the few I have up right now. Maybe someday I'll be a Giant Squid, but for now I'll settle for just having some awesome lenses and, let's be honest, making some extra money!
