Mike has traveled extensively, surfing and living internationally in Asia and England.

Mike's cultural experience includes; England, Germany, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Scotland, Wales, Japan, Okinawa, Korea, Philippines, China, Costa Rica, Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia, Trinidad, India, and Jordan.

Mike is a Master Diversity Trainer for "Enhancing Respect and Trust in the Workplace," and "Working with the World."

Mike's speaking experience includes keynotes on diversity, recognition, hospitality, safety, and customer orientation.
