Hey there! My name is Michel, I run a household of one daugher, a husband and a german shepard. I became interested in nutrition about 4 years ago when I was pregnant at 38. I realized I had to change my lifestyle. I had to be more conscious of my health and well being and at the same time seek knowledge in the world of health and nutrition for children. Now 4 years later I have started a small catering business I run from home supplying healthy snacks for kids.

I have learned much and encountered much on my venture and am thankful for the journey. It has added much value to my life.
