My Bio
I'll tell you. I've been a television producer and editor for a long time, but nothing was like my gig editing Martha Stewart's tv show for 7 years.
I've worked on network news shows, documentaries and magazine shows, yet it was Martha's show that gave me the skills to produce a cooking DVD about tofu with my wife, Maribeth, the chef and expert tofu lady. Hence, the tofu lens.
