I specialize in Contact Centers. Period. I have spent a good part of my 15 years career in understanding, assimilating, analyzing, and operationalizing Contact Center technology. I regularly meet interesting people, and functions, in Indian contact center industry; which is rapidly becoming the 'hot spot' in the world of contact centers.

My aim in life is to keep learning, and helping others learn what I learnt; so that they reap the benefits of my wisdom.

Learner that I am, I believe: "Be a learner. The future belongs to the learners, for the learned will find themselves equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists!"

Consulting is absolutely akin to learning; and also making that learning work to help you exceed your expectations in the operations and business goals of your Contact Center.

That is what I am here for.
