Rosaleen Doherty, CSA, is a seasoned healthcare professional, business person, mother and wife. Rosaleen started Right at Home, In Home Care and Assistance with her partner, and husband, Jay Kenney in 2002. They are longtime Marblehead residents. Rosaleen and Jay started their home care business because they wanted to build a life that served their local North Shore community while keeping a rich family life. The decision to start Right at Home in Salem, MA was easy to make, once they laid out their criteria for how they wanted to change the way they lived. Right at Home serves local seniors with home care services and enhances their lives, and the lives of their family members.

With the success of the Salem location Rosaleen, and Jay opened two more locations. Right at Home of Haverhill, and Wakefield, MA have allowed them to expand their services to other areas in the community.

Rosaleen is a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. She is on the Board of The Phoenix School in Salem, MA and she is on the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor. Rosaleen is currently Vice President of North Shore Women in Business and will be president in October. Right at Home is a member of the North Shore and the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce. They are members of the Massachusetts Council for Home Care Aide Services and active participants on the North Shore and the Merrimack Valley Alzheimer's Partnerships. Rosaleen and Jay have been honored by the Right at Home national organization many times and are currently members of the President's Circle.
