I was born in Jersey City, NJ and raised in West New York, NJ. I have two daughters from my first marriage, Danielle, 26 and Christine, 24 and one grandson Luis, age 7..going on 70..lol I worked many years in downtown Manhattan. The tragedy of 9/11, coupled with my bout with two forms of cancer encouraged me to move to a more clean and peaceful environment. I met my second husband in November of 2002 and we got married in March 2007. We lived in west central New Jersey for a while, and just moved up here to central New York state where I'm in the midst of the Mohawk Valley and the Adirondacks. I love it here in the country and although I still have much to learn about rural country life, I wouldn't trade it for all the skyscrapers, city traffic, congestion and pollution in the world. So, basically, I've gone from corporate casual to overalls and muck boots..lol I LOVE IT!!
