Hi there, love your lens on cool places in L.A. I was going to comment on it but couldn't find a comment box. When I go travelling I plan to land in L.A and spend a few weeks there. Any tips for solo women travellers in L.A that don't drive? Its great to see all the places to go from a local.

Hi Kelly. LA is very spread out and, although it is improving, our public transportation system isn't great. If you are staying in a hotel, try to pick carefully so that you can be in a safe area and near the attractions you would like to see. You may also want to look into one of those bus tours that take you around the city. And most of all, be careful, but have fun!

Hi Roxanne,
Last year 6 Squids gathered for the meetup at the Rose Bowl. If there is one this year I hope you can come. We came from Granada Hills, La Verne, Lynwood, Little Rock and Palm Springs. We tried to get a central location. We Love L.A.
