Hey Everyone! I'm an official Squidoo Addict. I never would have discovered it if it weren't for my homeschool friends. I needed a creative project for a class I was taking, so I went to my homeschooling-mom-friends for an idea. You can learn anything from a homeschooling moms group, so it is not surprising that someone there was a Squidoo-er (someone go to my first lense and post the proper term)! I'm now quite positive there are more lenses in my future, including but not limited to: Homeschooling Adventures; Knitting; Un-Schooling: Nothin' Un About It!; Life with 5 (Count 'Em - FIVE!) Teens; Knitting; Feeding Five Little Peppers for the Price of Salt; Knitting; Adopting: Imports and Domestic (all of my children are adopted); Thoughts on Infertility; Blessings of a Quiverful (when I remember them); and SAHM - Making Ends Meet. My favorite hobby - favorite is not a strong enough word - let's try passion! - is knitting. Hmmmm . . . maybe I should add Knitting to my list of future lenses!

I am a native Illinoisian, currently live in NW Arkansas, knit, go to school, drive my kids to basketball practices and basketball games and all else basketball, try to teach them a thing or two, and explore ways to cook beans in a way that the children won't know they are eating beans.
