As I grow older, the one thing that hurts me most is watching all of my friends become pill junkies. Because the pills are prescribed by their doctors, they feel that it must be normal to gulp down 6-8 pills everyday.
Growing older doesn't have to mean growing sicker. I have chosen to grow older gracefully using The Oxygen Therapy Program.
