The Houseman Heritage of Real Estate and Land Development for Generations has Opened Doors to Home Ownership!
To give you some idea about the Houseman Heritage/Generations part:
Beginning in the late 1930s with my grandfather, H.H. Houseman; Home Builder and Land Developer. He came up with a way for first time buyers to own their own piece of land to put their home on. This was with $99 down and $99 dollars a month, often done with a handshake and a verbal agreement.
Then in the early 1960s my father, Tony Houseman; Tony Houseman Homes and Houseman Companies, built Custom Homes and Land Developments, buyers were able to own in a developed lot or have a custom home built. Also, more than 3,300 acres of wetlands was added to Texas Parks and Wildlife and named after my father, Tony Houseman State Park and Wildlife Management Area.
Finally myself, Stan Houseman - continuing with the family tradition - Houseman Heritage Real Estate, Realtor / Consultant and Land Developer. With two family partners, we developed a tract of land for homeowners to put their homes on. Presently with JMA Properties, LLC, as a Principal Broker / Realtor / Consultant who seeks to assist you into getting into your own 'dream' home.
I think it is safe to say that 'land is in our blood.' For Generations we have truly 'Opened doors to home ownership!'
