Hi! I'm Jim from Las Vegas.

My wife and I moved here about four years ago, and love it. It's very different from rural New York where we used to live, but it's much more exciting as well.

We have some rental property here, but managing it has become too much like real work, so I have started exploring ideas on the internet.

One of the first results, was We moved to Las Vegas, a site offering advice and observations to others considering a move here.

I have always enjoyed playing around with words and graphics. That led to Words You Wear, a Cafepress shop that I'm adding to as time allows.

Cruising around the web, eventually brought me to Squidoo. I enjoyed reading the lenses, and figured it would be fun to try writing a few.

Living in Las Vegas

We thought we knew a lot about Las Vegas. We had made many trips, and dealt with many local businesses. We asked a ton of questions about anything and everything. After we moved, we found there was still much to learn about living in Las Vegas.
