With the experience from a 20 year career in Customer Service, managing customer relationships in 6 diverse industries Teresa Wright is a skilled veteran in the field. She is adept not only at effectively identifying customer needs, and with loyalty driven communication, but also at recognizing the characteristics of the profitable customer. Her success both at switching customers from dissatisfaction to complete satisfaction & loyalty, and in converting low & avg profit customers to highly profitable ones has earned her numerous promotions and the respect of her peers. Working directly in the automotive retail industry for over 5 years has allowed her to learn and become proficient with the many of the specialized software applications/Dealer Management Systems (DMS's)used by dealerships: proficiency in mining these databases is rare in this industry. Her ability to efficiently self-learn computer programs and applications has been proven repeatedly. These skills coupled with the creative ability to look at things from a different angle, and a passionate drive to succeed allow Wright Solutions to successfully facilitate change and growth for our clients.
