My Bio
Working Mom, wife, main bread winner in the family, I constantly look for ways to reduce stress and anxiety in my life. My favorite is exercise. Especially in the water. I swim, windsurf, boogie board with my family. When I am not in the water, I am on my bike either somewhere in the hills of Woodside or on the trails in Belmont. Living in the Bay Area of California is a real treat!
