I worked the comedy circuit for about 3 years, I gave it up I was the only person on the circuit who got a standing ovation at a midget's convention! and know lol. I decided to give it up....

Now enjoying life on the Costa Blanca, I am now following a totally different path in both Business and Personal Mentoring & Training.

Lately I have started personalized weightloss mentoring after going from 114kilos (17.13lbs) to 94kilos (14.11 lbs) in 9 months. My lifestyle and mindset have changed dramatically, so I know I can see any man's reasons for thinking that they are stuck with a shape and looks that does nothing to help their health and future.

After losing weight I can now go back to playing football and most sports again, physically I am getting back to being a young man again and enjoying the fitness and freedom that it gives me.

I have always followed Arsenal FC and watch them where and whenever I can, I trained with them at the JVC Centre in North London with Brian Talbot, Graham Rix, Charlie Nicholas and many more 1st team players. In the old days I used to socialise with them in the Green Man Pub in Totterridge in North London. Now I am also following FC Valencia a major Spanish club, a bit near to home!
