Thank you for visiting my writer's gift-list lens and sharing a comment! I, too, book hotel stays for myself, although I usually drag my best friend along, who is also a writer. Yes, it's wonderful to sometimes just "get away!" Nothing beats the ambiance of an inspiring environment, and the TIME to bathe in it and infuse it into our own writings. Anyway, blah, blah, blah. Looks like you are very successful on Squidoo, and I wish you many more future successes!
