- Education - B. App. Sc. in Electronics at Canberra University.
- Past Employment - Working full time for medium to large organisations in IT as well as a Sole Trader.
- Current Employment - Business Analysis and online marketing as a registered company in NSW, Australia.

- How? - By documenting the vision and mission of businesses and the key areas, policies and procedures, structure and measures, to realise the vision and mission.
- Why? - The documented business plan helps individuals choose and understand the work they carry out using their skills and knowledge in line with their personal and professional purpose.
