Welcome to my Squidoo profile, nice of you to drop by.

As is the way with Squidoo, here I'll mention a few things I feel passionate about. These include real food, slow living, Cornwall (where I live), online retail, and (just to shatter the stereotype!) Formula One motor racing.

My current interests in particular are wild food and foraging, and baking my own artisan type bread.
