I was born on December 7, 1941 in Hanoi, Vietnam, ex-French Indochina where I spent the first 5 years of my life.
I came to France in 1946 and studied in Paris until I was 22 years old.
I did the equivalent of an MBA with specialization in International Trade because of my love for languages and travel.

I was born on December 7, 1941 in Hanoi, Vietnam, ex-French Indochina where I spent the first 5 years of my life.
I came to France in 1946 and studied in Paris until I was 22 years old.
I did the equivalent of an MBA with specialization in International Trade because of my love for languages and travel.
1964, I was drafted in the French Army and served as an English teacher in Rosso, Mauritania for one year. Never wore the uniform or a gun.
January 1966, I went to Frankfurt/Main, Germany to work for Neckermann for a year and to practice my German. I also worked on the American Base as a translator
January 1967, I immigrated to Canada, taught French in Monkland High School, Montreal, then was for a while a translator in the Canadian Government in Ottawa.
1968-1972, I studied for my M.A. in French Literature and for my Ph.D in Roman Philology in Ottawa University.
1972-1975, I taught French at the Royal Military College (Canadian equivalent of West Point in the USA and St Cyr in France) in Kingston, Ontario.
1975-1977, I taught Language Translation in Laval University, Quebec City.
1977-1978, Went for 2 years to Costa Rica to teach in the University of Costa Rica in San Jose and practice my Spanish.
1979, I went back to France for 3 years after the death of my father and to be close to my mother.
It gave me the opportunity to work in the wine business as Export Manager of a wine company in the Beaujolais area and travel all over the world to sell wine.
In 1982 I came back to Quebec City where I started my language translation agency that I am still operating to-day: www.all-languages.com.
January 1987, I left Quebec to open a branch of my translation agency in Toronto where I lived for almost 15 years.
November 2001, I went to live in El Paso, Texas for almost 2 years.
August 2003, I decided to retire in Western Canada between the mountains and the sea, which is for me the best place to live on earth... and this is where I am right now.
