I am 34 years old and married with two boys, I live just outside St Albans, in the UK.
I am a director of Lifeline IT, we provide network and infrastructure support to small and medium sized businesses. I spend most of my time working with our new clients, particularly on project management and implementing new systems and workflows.
Originally working in accountancy practices, I began my involvement in IT while working with practice accounting software in 1993. I founded 'Dam IT Consultants' in 1996, initially working with finance systems for manufacturers in the fashion sector and later providing more general network support and business consultancy services. Dam IT merged with Lifeline IT in 2002.
My team at Lifeline IT comprises highly skilled professionals who pool in-depth knowledge and experience. We all get a buzz working with people in different areas of business. Lifeline IT is a Microsoft Certified Partner and Microsoft Small Business Specialist with particular experience in management of corporate networks including work on Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management.
