I feel that every individual should have the opportunity to live the life they want to lead. I want to progress to real freedom, and to help others to do so.

I spent 25 year's in HR Management, and after that trained in complimentary therapies, including Hypnotherapy, NLP, Life Coaching and Reflexology. I use hypnotherapy to help people achieve their goals.
