I have been using "Learn from the Past, Live in the Present, and Plan for the Future" as an affirmation for at least 20 years and maybe more. I do not remember where I got it and seeing the quote on your Bio was interesting. My version is slightly different; "I learn from the Past and plan for the Future, but I live in the Present". Not sure why I felt compelled to share this, but here it is.

Hi,nice that you are trying to learn Braille. I can write it, but not read with my fingers. Proof-readers for Braille (seeing pr) do it with light behind the dots, so the shadows show where the dots are. In that way the proof-readers don't need to read with their fingers, but with their eyes.
