The site has been going for just a few months, and I am learning the hard way that promoting a site for free (or a very small budget) is time consuming and complicated for a beginner.

I hope to use Squidoo to catalogue where I have found success (and failure) in order to provide advice to fellow novice webmasters.

Given that it has taken me about 30 minutes to work out how to upload my avatar... you know that I'm up against it! And, if I recommend something in a lens, you'll know it must be easy to do!
