In 1996, Nucci moved into the financial markets by founding Nucci Consulting Group. One of the firms Nucci focused her efforts on was working with a small unknown company by the name of BlackRock, which is today, one of the world's largest money management firms. Clients have included firms such as Brown Brothers Harriman, Citigroup, and global macro hedge fund, Armored Wolf LLC.
