My Bio
Once upon a time, I weighed 238 pounds and am 6 feet tall, medium build. I found that my wellness journey required that I properly balance a nutritional diet with resistance and aerobic exercising. Now, I weigh 175 pounds, have tons of energy and enjoy life so much more. I love the outdoors, scuba diving, mountain biking and most sports. I plan on staying active my whole life. Peace.
