In 2001, soon after I had opened my own web site where I put my designs (and hand painted over them) on a variety of products, someone came along and put me in their book titled "Decorative Painting for Fun and Profit" (Susan Young, Prima Publishing). Susan really made me feel like I was heading in the right direction.

I specialize in dogs and cats but I love just about all animals (OK, I'm not crazy about roaches and fire ants). Several years ago, I acted on the idea of putting dogs, cats, llamas etc. into some of the greatest masterpieces of the world. That's a whole separate line and it's been a lot of fun to get people's reactions and hear how much people appreciate such a unique and fun gift.
