Ivan offers a wealth of knowledge and practical advice on marketing, sustainability, web design and technology. Ivan has a BA in Geography (Environmental Issues) from Colgate University, and his MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder. He also holds certifications in Usability Analysis from Human Factors International, Inc. and Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing, Inc.

He has been programming computers since age nine, but still manages to be an expert on communicating with people. Three of his personal beliefs are "hire smarter than yourself" , to simply "leave
things better than when you found them", and "design ecstatic experiences".
