My Bio

I am a freelance writer for online and print media. I love social networking, and Squidoo's my favorite. I've met wonderful friends and business partners here.

My personal interest centers on nurturing children, strengthening families, and ending domestic violence. I'm married to a wonderfully supportive man, and we're raising a tween son - the absolute light of our lives (and often the inspiration for my writing).

I began writing on Squidoo in January 2007, and was thrilled when I earned a Lens of the Day award for Chocolates, Flowers, and Kids: Valentine's Day For Families.

Enthusiastic about my Squidoo experience, I love sharing my Squidoo tips. Humbled among expert Squidoo lensmasters, I'm a guest author for the e-magazine, Squid Log.

Currently, I'm pursuing a new challenge: to be a Giant Squid. In a Squid-friendly race of Giant contestants, I joined Kab's Fab Squid Squad:
