    Dear katforeman,
Thank you so very much for taking the time to visit, participate and comment on my 'Good Heart' lenses. Really appreciate it. Glad to see your fan base includes Koupie and Poutine, two of my many favorite Canadian lensmasters. Much continued success to you. Take Good Care, Rose

Welcome to Squidoo Katforeman, you are off to a great start, and you certainly have a passion to share with us:)
I left a note from your comment on my Squid cast but sometimes these comments get lost so I will copy it here for you k?

Probably you could all knit or crochet quite a few squares. A lot of people do this in a group setting, I wish I knew enough knitters to do that.
On the official website there is information for teachers and a program to use in the schools to teach the children knitting and awareness about the plight of these children, I think it's wonderful. Yes, also the giving aspect of the entire thing too. I have my young nieces knitting and they have asked me so many questions about the children, so it's great having them involved.
Come join us on the Knitting Circle forum if you would like to be more involved.

I was checking in at the wrong place and have just found your message. I am working on the bowling alley plan and am planning to try to go to the middle schools. Thank you for your encouragement. Kat

I can weld better than I can knit, however I know 3 lensmasters (Canadian) that are fabulous at it: Poutine, Koupie and SweetMarie83. Thank goodness for those who knit for babies, your work really DOES save lives. Take Good Care, Rose
