About Me

Mark Spivey is a musician composer located in Western Australia who produces unique instrumental recordings that capture the sounds and moods of the Australian landscape.

Mark officially began his creative recording career in mid 1995 with his determination to learn the harmonica.
This was followed by a number of other musical instruments including the Sampona, percussion and Keyboard. As an experiment he decided to try his hand at producing a CD (which proved to be successful) and taught himself the computer skills needed to build and operate his own recording studio.

Mark's success as an independent musician grew with the discovery of niche markets for his music. His involvement in the creative arts from an early age includes stage,radio and more recently film and television production. Mark has recorded two solo albums and has been involved in a number of other projects. He has an interest in the net and developing creative ways to be a positive influence online and building income using the latest technologies.

Mark has a heart for helping people and is currently involved in live sound production, online video & assisting children with special needs.

He is also a keen kayaker and snorkeller.
