Hello, I am a visual artist and mostly do personal interpretations of Greco-Roman mythology in painting and drawings. I also love creating fantasy landscapes modeled on classical landscapes of the baroque period. I have lived many years in Italy and fell in love with the wonderful works of art embellishing every aspect of life there: expressions of the classical heritage in paintings, sculpture, architecture, gardens, and even furniture! Paganism fired my imagination and spoke to my interest in the human psyche, allowing me to explore themes and figures unfettered by modern assumptions. I have delved deep into technical aspects of the craft, from media to form, including traditional paints and the digital, the representational and the abstract. My work is published, exhibited, and online.
