let's see...I'm curious, rebellious, outgoing, funny, poetic...as the mood strikes.

I've been fortunate to remain on the positive side of health throughout my 53 years on this planet and fully intend to keep things that way if humanly possible....so I stay as far away from the medical profession as I can get! 

At the same time, I'm not stupid!  Constantly on the alert for natural, Normal ways to stay healthy and when I find them, no worries - I'm all about sharing!!
