I consider myself to be a novice writer with no formal training but I've been writing poetry for as long as I remember. My formal background is in Interior Design, although now I am a stay at home wife and mom. I love being home with my kids and am grateful to have the chance to raise them hands on. I'm at the point in my writing where I've made the conscious decision this year to take things to the next level, with the ultimate goal of getting published.
