- Thank you for stopping by my lens :) And welcome to squidoo :) I have not long been with squidoo but the short time I have been here everyone has been so nice and helpful. The way I have found out more about how this all works is by visiting peoples lenes, there are some fantastic ones out there on all manner of subjects. Also there are lots of info lenses on how to build a lens etc. Liked your lens, we all need to learn more about healthy living, foods and exercise etc. Good luck and keep writing :)
