Health and fitness has been my passion for most of my life. Therefore, I decided to get my degree in Exercise Physiology, and persue a career in professinal fitness training.
To make a long story short, I have fully capitalized on my opportunity and have owned and operated a very successful personal training business in Bevelry Hills, California. As far as personal fitness training goes, I have seen just about everything from working with world famous celebrities to being interviewed by major media outlets such as the New York Times, Madmoiselle , and even the National Enquirer.
To say my personal training career has been an adventure is an understatement!
Along with consulting motivated individuals across Los Angeles, I am the author and publisher of a successful online multimedia fitness newsletter called Wellness WORD.
When I am not writing and publishing, I am helping solve individuals challenges by creating in demand information products. Among them includes Home Gym Shopping Secrets, Bodybuilding Done Right, and Personal Training Riches.
