The lenses I have written here reflect on my quest for spiritual healing and enlightenment. I have always been very eclectic, seeking to learn and absorb as much information and as many different experiences as possible and this is the way I pursue my spirituality. I find myself resonating with numerous techniques, philosophies, and beings, and then proceed to use as many or as few as feel right to me at any given time. Each of these lenses represent a particular chapter of my life or an aspect of my being that I am now sharing with you.

I am the proverbial "bookworm" and always have a stack of books on hand to choose from. My reading tastes are varied; as a child I loved mysteries and classics, in my teenage years I discovered a passion for Jane Austen, Shakespeare and all things English, I went through a historical romance period, a fantasy period and more. Currently I find myself reading mainly spiritual and healing books and then on the flip side I like books that are just light and fun!

As it turns out I am just as eclectic with the Healing Arts as I am with Spirituality. I absolutely love Energy Healing and the more I can learn the better I like it! There are so many wonderful modalities out there, my goal is to learn as many healing techniques as I possibly can and incorporate them into my healing practice. We are all vibrational beings each uniquely vibrating to our own personal frequency, so there will be some techniques that you will naturally be more in harmony with or feeling more comfortable receiving. One person may be in perfect resonance with Sound Healing, while another feels more in tune with Light. People often do better with different types of healing energy at different times, just as you might not always respond well to the same drug. Vibrational Medicine is all about restoring health and vitality by balancing the energies of the body...with Vibrational Medicine, energy is the medicine.

In the following lenses I have combined my love for dogs with my passion for energy healing. The products and techniques I have written about are the ones I use for my own dogs and for all the animals I have been privileged to have had as clients. As a rule animals are very receptive to natural healing and respond quickly as unlike people they are free of any resistance to healing.

This is my collection of all things dogs and even some things cats. Animals brings such joy into our lives. They are all about fun and play and I believe we could all have a lot more fun in our life if we would just follow their example!

We are all following the Law of Attraction whether we realize it or not. These lenses were written to show different ways in which we can consciously be in harmony with this Universal law that allows us to draw to us that which we desire.

In recent years Reiki has become fairly well-known and accepted. It was the first healing modality that I learned and will always hold a special place in my heart. Here along with my personal Reiki story you will find everything you ever wanted or needed to know about Reiki and can even take a quiz to test that knowledge!

Emotional Freedom Techniques is so wonderfully easy and effective that I think it is a shame it's not taught in schools! It works for people of all ages and all health challenges in all areas of your life. I teach more EFT classes than any other type of class and encourage people to use it daily as I do.

Happy Songs my first foray into the music field, was written as part of a quest. Songs of the Witch was written for a Squidboo challenge. Hmmm...it seems I need a little inspiration for writing music lenses...

I have been a vegetarian for many, many years. Not for any altruistic or health reasons, although those are considerations, but simply because the thought of eating another living creature makes me sick. The very sight or smell of meat has always turned my stomach, this caused me a lot of problems growing up in a big meat eating family!

I watch movies for sheer entertainment, If a movie doesn't make me laugh or feel good in some way then it gets turned off very quickly. Personally I don't see the point in watching something that is upsetting; if I want to feel sad, mad, or depressed I can turn on the news!

As a healer I am always looking for ways to heal others and I especially enjoy finding ways for others to help their self with their healing journey. The lenses in this category provide a multitude of physical, emotional, and spiritual exercises that most anyone can do in order to promote self-healing on some level.

Here is another random fact about me; I adore all things fantasy! I love a good fantasy movie, book, or play; I get all caught up in those alternate worlds and forget all about the "real" one. That said I am frankly surprised at myself for having written only one fantasy lens...I can see that this is a category that needs more of my attention!
