    Why, I had lentil stew today -- from a can, though. This looks yummy, and you make it look quite doable with the right equipment.

    We love lentils and eat them at least twice a week. Will definitely try this way, mine is quite different.

    What a beautifully yummy recipe! Funny, I bought lentils for the very first time the other day at the insistence of my mother. I had no clue what to do with them. Guess what? This will be the first shot. I hope I don't burn the house down ;) This looks so good!

    You always have such beatifully organized lenses, Leanne. This one was yet another pleasure to read, and pleasure to look at. I enjoyed all the "did you know" facts. I didn't know many of the facts you included. Very nicely done! :)

    I have been making one recipe for lentil soup for years, I love it. I adapt it to my crock pot and it turns out very good! Nice lens!

    This looks wonderful! I have no idea what some of the ingredients are---ok I might have heard of them but have never used them---lol. I've been stepping out of my box and I actually have a bag of lentils in my pantry ready to use. I'll be trying this for sure!
